We are looking for an Outbound Sales Specialist with proven experience in prospecting and building new sales opportunities through proactive, direct outreach.
This role is primarily outbound-focused, with approximately 80% of the workload dedicated to prospecting, engaging, and qualifying potential customers, and generating new business opportunities through calls and various outreach channels.
The remaining 20% involves handling inbound leads from marketing or other channels and converting them into sales opportunities.
This role is designed for proactive pipeline builders and new business hunters — not a role centered around receiving ready-to-buy inbound leads.
